   This is one of my go to products because the cream shadow pencil applies easily, stays on all day, doesn’t crease, and has great color payoff. I am excited to try out the other colors. I currently only have the shade gold flame. I have not had the problem finding a sharpener like the other girls.

   The Revlon Universal Points sharpener (look for “600” at the top left corner) works great for this product. Wal-mart sells this sharpener in the store.

   I received them all. They came on time but when I opened them to use them they were all broken inside. I brought 8 of them . I was not pleased. The shadow was old inside and they were all broken because they were not new ones. I would really like my money back.

   Love the color and the texture of this product, HOWEVER, this company should be more than capable of making an eye pencil that doesn’t completely come out or break off when sharpened!! I tried a second one thinking I purchased a defective one. Wrong! Even the least expensive eye pencils work better than these! What a shame.

   The first time I tried this the tip fell right off which was frustrating. Since then I have sharpened it multiple times with no issue. I have the ginger flame color and in 2 seconds I achieve what used to take me a few minutes and a few different shadows! I have been searching the world for a shadow like this!
